Recovery Walk - Exhibition
The UK Recovery Walk, organised by national charity Faces and Voices of Recovery (FAVOR) UK, is an annual event that aims to celebrate recovery and freedom from drug and alcohol dependence.
During the Turning Point - Zephyr Art and Photography Project, success in securing three small grants from FAVOR boosted engagement and covered individual material expenses and equipment to exhibit work outdoors.
The display reflected the exceptional contribution that can be made by people with an addiction condition and a beautifully crafted and detailed prototype recovery board game, Dodge the Relapse, was played by walkers and locals joining the celebrations at the end of the walk
